A 4-Week Inside-Out Posting Challenge
YOU HAVE SOMETHING WORTH SAYING.
Let's say it w/o performing or getting stuck and not sharing. Lets show up as yourself, create consistent content you're proud of, and grow your business. This is the challenge for that.

Authenticity and honesty are pillars of your character and your work. But historically social media hasn't really honored those things. That's why creating content can feel exhausting, unsustainable, and full of internal friction. But times are changing and you can show up as yourself and it can work.
Let's start here
This four-week challenge helps you trust your voice and feel confident in your message so you can create content from the heartfelt place you actually want to. The confidence to show up as yourself online, consistently, without abandoning yourself in the process.
We don't talk enough about the internal work required for a creator to show up authentically so that's what this is for.
Most creators are at one extreme or the other:
This challenge is the integration of both. Some prompts are for reflection and inner work (not everything needs to be content!). Other prompts are for posting. Both matter. That's what makes this different.
And what it's not
Even though I genuinely believe that growth can happen for you. (Scroll down for my numbers if you care about that part)
Most content courses sell you an outcome — more followers, more revenue, more reach — and they prey on the fear that you're falling behind. That's not what this is.
I'm not promising growth. I'm promising the thing that makes growth possible: the confidence to show up as yourself online, consistently, without it costing you who you actually are.

Who's teaching this
Licensed therapist in private practice. Husband. Girl Dad. Enneagram 9. Entrepreneur.
I went into the helping profession partly because of my own wounds. An attachment strategy that taught me pretty early to attune to everyone else at the expense of myself.
Then I got online and did the exact same thing to an invisible audience... overthinking every post, trying to meet everyone watching, and performing for people I'd never meet.
When I stopped, things changed. Not just the numbers but the joy in creating came back. Real friendships formed. Collaborating with publications & brands I really respect came. I started to get clarity on who I'm actually called to serve and I even got a freaking book agent. 🤯
Showing up consistently online, believing I had something worth saying, made those things possible.

$175 value
Challenge Prompts — for output
Each week you'll receive 3 posting prompts. Specific creative prompts designed to get something real out of you and onto the internet plus 2 internal reflection prompts to process alongside the work. I'll also send short videos and voice memos in the private community throughout the challenge — but this is not individual coaching and I won't be giving direct feedback on every post.
INNER WORK PROMPTS — FOR YOU
Alongside the posting prompts, the internal reflection prompts are purely for you, not for your audience. Reflection prompts. Journaling prompts. Questions to sit with, share with a trusted person, or process however feels right.
You don't have to turn everything into content and not every moment of connection with yourself needs to be optimized. The inner transformation is its own point.
By July 31
Real pieces of content that sound like you. Internal work that goes beyond content creation. Ultimately-- a fundamentally different relationship with showing up — online and in yourself.
03
July 17 · Pre-recorded · Drops mid-challenge
A guided video exercise. Around week 2, the part of you that wanted to stop will show back up. This exercise names exactly what that feels like and why. Designed to pre-regulate you through the hardest part of the challenge. Think of it like your friend giving you water during the halfway mark of the marathon.
04
July 31 · Pre-recorded · Final day
A guided video exercise. The challenge ends but you keep going. The final exercise is about how to land what you've built and carry it forward. July is the beginning of something for you.
Mid-Point + Landing Exercise — $97 value combined
05
A dedicated space where everyone is doing the reps alongside you. Not a coaching container. I'll show up for the webinar and the videos but the main accountability & encouragement comes from the people doing the work with you. I'm all about not doing things alone.
You have been trained to hold space for others. You know what it means to show up for someone and you do it well. This challenge is about learning to do that for you without losing yourself in the process.
Bonuses
2 existing products of mine — bundled in at no extra cost.
Bonus · $37 value
Clarity workbook, storytelling templates, ethical hook bank, AI guide for therapists, and a 7-day creative exercise. Everything you need to actually make the content the prompts are asking for.
Bonus · $47 value
A guided experience to clarify your voice, audience, and message so you know exactly who you're talking to and what makes you unmistakable online.
i'll be real with you
I'm a licensed therapist still seeing clients in private practice in Nashville. I'm also building a mens mental health company with my best friend. Turns out entrepreneurship is not nervous system friendly but I have too many ideas. 🫠
I'm a creative at heart. I used to manage an art gallery, did photo and video and website building and personal branding... and the list goes on. I've followed the marketing bro's for years and I was getting so exhausted. So I've been trying to do the opposite of what most content advice tells you to do.
And I have the actual clinical training to explain why that worked for me. And how it can for you too.
You have been trained to hold space for others. You know what it means to show up for someone and you do it well. This challenge is about learning to do that for you without losing yourself in the process.
Why you're stuck
I'm launching this now, but it really started on my Apple Notes app in February of 2024. I noticed this pattern with clients where they either shut down completely or pushed through until they burned out. Then it dawned on me…
It's the same pattern for our creativity.
01
Inspiration → excitement → fear and/or shame → those feelings take over → excitement dies → the idea never makes it out. You have a folder of content you've never posted. Some of it is from years ago. It's good. It just stays there.
02
Inspiration → excitement → fear → push through anyway → ignore the discomfort → post → feel fake → keep going → burn out and stop. You took a course. You posted for a while. It felt performative. You quit.
03
Inspiration → excitement → fear and/or shame → turn inward with curiosity and compassion → engage what those feelings are carrying → create from your actual Self. Regulated. Real. Consistent. This is path three. This is what we foster in the next 4 weeks.
// the outcomes
I didn't set out to grow a following. I set out to show up honestly. Here's what followed.
~12 private practice inquiries / month — from direct reach outs or referrals from other therapists who found me online
Collabs with major magazines, publications & brands
Paid brand collaborations
Speaking opportunities
Book agent
No team. Just me, my phone, and finally saying what I actually think.

No. Each week you get 3 Challenge Prompts — posting prompts designed to get something real out of you and onto the internet — plus 2 Inner Work Prompts that aren't about posting at all. They're for journaling, reflection, or processing with someone you trust. Show up how you can.
Replay available forever. You won't miss a thing.
Yes. This challenge is built for helping professionals and heart-led creators — therapists, coaches, spiritual directors, yoga instructors, healers, and anyone making content meant to make a difference. The language and framework are accessible regardless of your specific modality.
Platform doesn't matter. The challenge is about showing up as yourself online — wherever that is for you.
Blake shows up for the live webinar and the pre-recorded videos. The community is a peer space — not a coaching container. The accountability comes from the people doing the reps alongside you. That's intentional, not a limitation.
Maybe. But founding member pricing ends when doors close June 30. The people in this first cohort are getting the best price this offer will ever be.
The Inner Work Prompts don't expire. The Challenge Prompts don't expire. The replay is forever. Come back whenever you need to. The work will be here.
This isn't a tech course. If you can send an email, you can do this challenge.
p.s. if you only read one thing
I know what it feels like to want to do this — and also want to talk yourself out of it before you even start.
I know what it's like to have something worth saying and not be able to get it out of your head and into the world without it feeling wrong. Too clinical. Too personal. Too much. Not enough.
The fear of being seen is real. And I understand it — not just from my own experience, but from years of sitting with people who learned early that being fully themselves wasn't safe. That wound doesn't stay in the therapy room. It follows you into the studio when you're trying to hit record.
This challenge doesn't drown that in volume. It works with it. Understands it. And creates from the other side of it.
Ready? Let's go. — Blake
