SHOW UP ONLINE AS YOURSELF. CONSISTENTLY.
Registration for round 2 is live!
An experience to help you explore the deeper barriers & show up authentically online without abandoning yourself or feeling fake.
Doors close Thursday, Aug 13 · Live kickoff Friday, Aug 14 at 12pm CST · Replay available forever

From round 1
“This is the best webinar I've ever attended, no lie.”
“6 years of my own internally dedicated work condensed in the best hour ever with the focus of creativity.”
“The experience has brought my creativity alive again. Very grateful.”
“Just one week in, and it has been AMAZING. The internal transformation is real.”
“I would not be posting regularly without this support and prompts. Can I pay to stay?!”
“The depth in your guidance has been life changing & the community we have built has been incredibly special.”
You have a full notes folder of half baked ideas.
Posting on social can feel like you're being in-authentic
You know you have something worth saying but just get bogged down.
That's more of a visibility wound than a strategy problem. And it's exactly what this is built for.
// the outcomes
When I started showing up more authentically, here's what followed in about 5 months
This part feels weird tbh. I know metrics aren't end all be all, but my friends tell me I need to put these numbers here to show "proof." Ugh lol.
No team. Just me, my phone, and finally saying what I actually think.

EVERY WEEK
5 prompts a week for 4 weeks. 3 to post, 2 for you. Prompts begin the week of Aug 18 and run through the final week.
+ A community built for the loneliness of this work.
Because being a helper is already isolating. Trying to build an online presence on top of that, ethically & authentically, can be lonelier. That's why the community portion of this experience is invaluable. Connecting with others is one of the biggest benefits.
Let Me Shoot it Straight
This is
This is not
A few more things this isn't —
It's not an editing course. There are prompt structures, examples, and a toolkit to get you moving. But I'm not here to teach you CapCut or the "perfect" time to post. The block is the internal stuff that stops you from using any tool at all and that's what we work. BUT, maybe there's some surprise technical videos from me in there :)
It's not a container where I'm coaching you one-on-one. I run all three live calls, I wrote every prompt, and I share my own reflections in the space as we go. I'm not able to engage with everyone individually— I'm a therapist with a full practice and a family. But we will have some live calls and break out sessions.
This is built so you're held by the prompts, the live rooms, and a group of people doing this right next to you. Come in expecting that, and it delivers. I'd rather tell you exactly what this is now than have you find out in week two.
Most courses sell you an outcome. This one builds the person who can create from the inside out.
The question isn't whether you have something worth saying. You already know you do.
You got into this work because you have something real to offer. But when you try to show up online authentically & ethically, it feels performative, fake, or it never makes it out of your head at all. That was me. And I realized it's a visibility wound, not a strategy problem. Which is what this experience is built for.
Most content programs try to fix the outside. This one starts somewhere else.

Who's teaching this
Licensed therapist in private practice. Husband. Girl Dad. Enneagram 9. Entrepreneur.
I went into the helping profession partly because of my own wounds. An attachment strategy that taught me pretty early to attune to everyone else at the expense of myself.
Then I got online and did the exact same thing to an invisible audience... overthinking every post, trying to meet everyone watching, and performing for people I'd never meet.
When I stopped, things changed. Not just the numbers but the joy in creating came back. Real friendships formed. Collaborating with publications & brands I really respect came. I started to get clarity on who I'm actually called to serve and I even got a freaking book agent. 🤯
Showing up consistently online, believing I had something worth saying, made those things possible.
You know this loop.
The caption that's still sitting in drafts.
"Reel idea" saved in your Notes app 753 times. (Someone actually counted.)
Post and ghost — then check 500 times to see if anyone liked it, or if you pissed someone off.
A graveyard of ideas that's full and getting fuller.
200-view jail.
And when all else fails: "someone else always knows more," so you go get one more certification instead of posting the thing.
None of that is a discipline problem. It's what happens when you try to show up before the part of you that learned it wasn't safe to be seen feels safe enough to let you.
You don't have to heal first. You don't have to feel fearless. You get to create scared — with your people right beside you.
Why you're stuck
I'm launching this now, but it really started on my Apple Notes app in February of 2024. I noticed this pattern with clients where they either shut down completely or pushed through until they burned out. Then it dawned on me…
It's the same pattern for our creativity.
01
Inspiration → excitement → fear and/or shame → those feelings take over → excitement dies → the idea never makes it out. You have a folder of content you've never posted. Some of it is from years ago. It's good. It just stays there.
02
Inspiration → excitement → fear → push through anyway → ignore the discomfort → post → feel fake → keep going → burn out and stop. You took a course. You posted for a while. It felt performative. You quit.
03
Inspiration → excitement → fear and/or shame → turn inward with curiosity and compassion → engage what those feelings are carrying → create from your actual Self. Regulated. Real. Consistent. This is path three. This is what we foster in the next 4 weeks.
Path three is what the next four weeks builds toward. Here's exactly how.

PART 2 - THIS IS WHERE MY THERAPIST PARTS GET TO SHINE
The Location Exercise — an experiential exercise we'll go through together in real time that slows you down, grounds you in yourself, and gets you clear on where you are where you want to be in this season. You'll end this guided practice with one clear invitation to get you there.

3 are video experience prompts — designed to get something real out of you and onto the internet. 2 are inner work prompts — for journaling, reflection, or processing with someone you trust. Not everything needs to become content. You're a soul, not a machine.
INNER WORK PROMPTS — FOR YOU
Alongside the posting prompts, the internal reflection prompts are purely for you, not for your audience. Reflection prompts. Journaling prompts. Questions to sit with, share with a trusted person, or process however feels right.
You don't have to turn everything into content and not every moment of connection with yourself needs to be optimized. The inner transformation is its own point.
By the final week
Real pieces of content that sound like you. Internal work that goes beyond content creation. Ultimately-- a fundamentally different relationship with showing up — online and in yourself.

Around week two, the part of you that wanted to stop shows back up. This live call names exactly what that feels like and why, and pre-regulates you through the hardest stretch. Like a friend handing you water at the halfway point of the marathon — except this time we're in the room together.

The experience ends but you keep going. This final live call is about how to land what you've built and carry it forward. September is the beginning of something for you.

Being a helper is already isolating. Trying to build an online presence on top of that, ethically & authentically, can be lonelier.
I'm fortunate to be part of a small group of therapist-creators and the peer support has been one of the most valuable things in my professional life. That's what I wanted to build inside this experience.
Not just a place to post your wins. It's where you connect with the people who really get what you're trying to do — and who stay in your corner after the experience — therapists, coaches, spiritual directors, yoga instructors, counselors, creators, and healers.
You've been doing this alone long enough.
Everything above is designed to get you to one place: pressing publish real things that sound like you.
i'll be real with you
I'm a licensed therapist still seeing clients in private practice in Nashville. The Three Paths Framework didn't come from reading about content creation. It came from watching real clients shut down or burn out — and then realizing I was doing the exact same thing every time I tried to post. I'm also building a mens mental health company with my best friend. Turns out entrepreneurship is not nervous system friendly but I have too many ideas. 🫠
I'm a creative at heart. I used to manage an art gallery, did photo and video and website building and personal branding... and the list goes on. I've followed the marketing bro's for years and I was getting so exhausted. So I've been trying to do the opposite of what most content advice tells you to do.
And I have the actual clinical training to explain why that worked for me. And how it can for you too.
You have been trained to hold space for others. You know what it means to show up for someone and you do it well. This experience is about learning to do that for you without losing yourself in the process.

If you're still on the page, something landed. Let me answer what might be in the way.
No. Each week you get 3 experience Prompts — posting prompts designed to get something real out of you and onto the internet — plus 2 Inner Work Prompts that aren't about posting at all. They're for journaling, reflection, or processing with someone you trust. Show up how you can.
All three live calls — the kickoff (Fri, Aug 14 @ 12pm CST), the midway call (Fri, Aug 28 @ 12pm CST), and the landing call (Sat, Sept 5 @ 10am CST) — are recorded and the replays are yours forever. You won't miss a thing.
Yes. The room in Round 1 was global and way bigger than just clinicians — coaches, spiritual directors, a speech pathologist, even a founder writing a book. If you're a heart-led creator trying to show up online without abandoning yourself, you belong here.
Platform doesn't matter. The experience is about showing up as yourself online — wherever that is for you.
Here's the honest version: I run all three live calls, I wrote every prompt, and I'll share my own reflections in the space as we go. What I'm not is a full-time presence in the comments — I've got a full practice and a family. The community is built so you're held by each other and by the structure, not left waiting on me.
Maybe. But founding member pricing ends when doors close Thursday, Aug 13. The people in this cohort are getting the best price this offer will ever be.
The Inner Work Prompts don't expire. The experience Prompts don't expire. The replay is forever. Come back whenever you need to. The work will be here.
This isn't a tech course. If you can send an email, you can do this experience.
No refund is available. I'm a small team — aka it's all me. And I have a full private practice so I honestly don't have the capacity to manage dissatisfaction. I'm putting a lot of intention into this, and you're choosing to invest in yourself.
p.s. if you only read one thing
I know what it feels like to want to do this — and also want to talk yourself out of it before you even start.
I know what it's like to have something worth saying and not be able to get it out of your head and into the world without it feeling wrong. Too clinical. Too personal. Too much. Not enough.
The fear of being seen is real. And I understand it — not just from my own experience, but from years of sitting with people who learned early that being fully themselves wasn't safe. That wound doesn't stay in the therapy room. It follows you into the studio when you're trying to hit record.
This experience doesn't drown that in volume. It works with it. Understands it. And creates from the other side of it.
Ready? Let's go. — Blake
